I am an experienced midwife and pediatric nurse dedicated to supporting women through pregnancy, birth and motherhood.For over 10 years, I worked in top London hospitals providing care throughout all stages - from pregnancy to postpartum and newborn care. I have an additional qualification as an Infant Sleep Specialist.Now based in Valencia, my passion is to bring my expertise locally to guide you on your journey. You can count on ongoing support if any questions arise.My small group courses foster a joyful, interactive learning environment. I provide the latest professional knowledge in an empowering way. Our interactive antenatal classes provide expectant parents with confidence and knowledge for pregnancy, birth and beyond. Taught by an experienced midwife, using latest evidence the courses cover everything you need to tackle this special time.The 4-session course explores pregnancy, labour, delivery, postpartum and new Born care. Hands-on exercises (practical preparation) (practice) and intimate class sizes (small groups) ensure personalized attention.
